Nederlandse School

Fortnightly on Saturday afternoons. The school employs a Dutch teacher, who, with help of the parents, works with children from 4 years up (they must know some Dutch already).  The pupils  learn about Dutch culture, food and festivals.  They also learn to read and write Dutch. Members call in for light refreshments, to talk, play pool, and perhaps join in with a spontaneous sing-along

TUESDAY MORNING KLAVERJAS CLUB, play Rotterdams rules, arrive at 10.00am,, in the club rooms, have a cup of coffee,  play starts at 11.00, bring your own lunch, $2.00 per day, finish about 1.30 or 2.00pm. For further information please phone Ann Beyk (04)567 8575

WEDNESDAY COFFEE MORNINGS on the the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10.00am Members meet to talk, buy refreshments and stay on for lunch, play pool, klaverjas, borrow books from the library.
